50-minute Face-to-face session - £50

50-minute Online session - £50

50-minute Telephone session - £50

* Sessions for adults and young-people are charged at an equal rate.

Packages

I offer short-term, long-term and open-ended counselling to clients.

Short-term: 6 - 12 weeks

Long-term:12 weeks+

* Within all packages, I conduct regular reviews with my clients to assess their satisfaction with the process and whether they want to stick to the initially agreed package, or would like to extend or shorten it.

Open-ended: Sessions continue as long as the client desires them, and it is ethical and beneficial to continue. I conduct regular reviews with open-ended clients to find out how they're feeling about their process and whether they feel like they're at the beginning, middle, or end of it.
